New customers may charge their orders on a VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card. Customers requesting COD, Company Check or a Net 30 account must submit a completed credit application. We require as references the names and addresses of three (3) current wholesale suppliers in the novelty, gift or balloon business, and the name and address of your bank. Credit applications are available upon request. Please allow three (3) weeks for your credit application to be processed and account opened.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically record information on our server logs from your browser including IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read by third-parties over the internet.


All prices are F.O.B Salt lake City, Utah, and all prices are subject to change without notice.


To expedite your order, please provide us with your customer number. All merchandise must be ordered by stock number as well as description. This will avoid confusion on items that are similar. Loftus International cannot be responsible for items that are mis-shipped when the stock number and description are not provided by the customer.


We do not automatically ship back-ordered merchandise. We will telephone or notify you by mail or fax when the item(s) are back in stock, at which point you may re-order.

Returns Policy

We want you to know that we stand behind our products. We will accept returns on manufacturing defects; however, we are not a guaranteed sale wholesaler. To ensure you receive proper credit on your merchandise in a timely manner, please follow the guidelines below.

  • All returns must be pre-approved and have a return number.
  • After receiving a return number, please send your merchandise back to our warehouse within 10 days.
  • Merchandise ordered in error will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. To avoid this situation please have stock numbers and descriptions when placing your order. Return freight charges on items ordered in error are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you receive incorrect merchandise or did not receive merchandise you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We try to be precise, but if we do make a mistake, we want to correct it promptly.
  • If previous returns are deemed unwarranted or overly abused, the customer could be requested to send back return items prepaid and the freight ofr valid items will be credited back to the customer.
  • Customers could be charged a portion of returned freight charges if all return guidelines are not met.
  • Please be sure the only thing in the returned packaged is returned merchandise. Boxes returned with gargage in them may be discarded without credit.

Balloon Returns

  • Release helium & air out of defective balloons with a straw. Balloons punctured, cut open or popped will not be credited.

Novelty/Magic Returns

  • No credit will be given on shopworn merchandise, displays, merchandise with price tags, items that are not ours, or products altered by you or your customer.
  • All parts, packaging and instructions must accompany return.

We Reserve The Right To:

  • Refuse shipments without a return number.
  • Discard items that were not purchased from us.
  • Not give credit on items not pre-approved

Once you have received your Authorized Return System label (A.R.S. tag), apply it to the package and give it to any Fedex driver within 10 days. We feel that we offer some of the finest products in the industry, competitive pricing and prompt delivery. If for any reason you have an issue with anything, please contact us so we may rectify the situation. We value your business and look forward to serving you for many years to come.
