New customers may charge orders using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Customers requesting company check or Net 30 terms must submit a completed credit application with three current wholesale supplier references (novelty, gift, or balloon industry) and bank information. Credit applications are available upon request. Please allow three weeks for processing.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site and automatically record server log data including your IP address, cookie information, and pages visited. We will not share or sell customer or SMS subscriber information with third parties for direct marketing purposes.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information — including credit card number, name, and address — so that it cannot be read by third parties over the internet.

All prices are F.O.B. Salt Lake City, Utah and are subject to change without notice.

Ordering

To expedite your order, please provide your customer number. All merchandise must be ordered by stock number and description to avoid confusion with similar items. Loftus International cannot be responsible for items mis-shipped when stock number and description are not provided.

Back-Orders

We will notify you by phone or email when back-ordered items are back in stock, at which point you may reorder.

Returns Policy

We stand behind our products and will accept returns on manufacturing defects; however, we are not a guaranteed-sale wholesaler. To ensure timely credit, please follow these guidelines:

  • Defects, shortages, and damages must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Send at least 7 photos of any damage (including delivery label and all sides of the package) to becky@loftus.com.
  • All returns must be pre-approved with a return authorization number.
  • Merchandise must be returned to our warehouse within 10 days of receiving a return number.
  • Merchandise ordered in error is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return freight on items ordered in error is the customer's responsibility.
  • If you receive incorrect merchandise or are missing items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it promptly.
  • Excessive or unwarranted returns may require the customer to prepay return shipping. Valid return freight will be credited back.
  • Customers may be charged a portion of return freight if guidelines are not followed.
  • Only include return merchandise in your package. Boxes returned with non-merchandise items may be discarded without credit.

Balloon Returns

  • Release helium and air from defective balloons with a straw. Balloons that are punctured, cut open, or popped will not be credited.

Novelty & Magic Returns

  • No credit will be given on shopworn merchandise, displays, items with price tags, items not purchased from us, or products altered by you or your customer.
  • All parts, packaging, and instructions must accompany the return.

We Reserve the Right To

  • Refuse shipments without a return authorization number.
  • Discard items that were not purchased from us.
  • Withhold credit on items not pre-approved for return.

Once you receive your Authorized Return System (A.R.S.) label, apply it to the package and give it to any FedEx driver within 10 days.
